Staff were readily available to help, but not intrusive. We were asked if we needed any help, explained where everthing was in the shop, and then left to our own devices (which was ideal). Once we had decided, the payment process was really quick, easy and friendly. The staff were wonderful - and made our first time mattress buying experience really easy!

Nigel the manager could not have been more helpful, we were given pillows to try out the beds and we were offered a drink - bottled water. The store social distancing arrangements were very well organised.

We phoned the store with a question and Nigel phoned us back almost immediately. Next day we visited the store. Nigel Knew his stuff and was very professional and easy to communicate with. We did not have to wait long for delivery which was prompt and very smooth. This is our second Tempur mattress purchase and we have not been dissapponted. John Hughes
