The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Pam, who helped me, was very professional and friendly.

Roshan was extremely helpful. Allowing me time to try the selected mattresses with no pressure. I was offered a bottle of water which was much appreciated in this heat. When I said I was going to go to another shop as well there was no pressure put on me hence I returned 5 mins later to Dreams with my final decision and order.

Very efficient and friendly service from Pamela. I was immediately directed to a number of options when explaining my needs. Pamela answered all questions, showing good knowledge of the products and prices in store. She quickly and efficiently checked to see whether the items were available and when they could be delivered. I was told about the possibility of having the bed assembled at home, and the option of removing old items. I was also offered water to drink - it was a hot day, and, a discount on some items. A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the store in Nottingham.

Staff where highly professional in understanding my needs and conducted Them selves in a professional manor

Pamela was 100% attentive, considerate, spoke to us both, had a answer and made us feel at ease (maybe a little suggestive) but overall excellent and she offered us water ;)

It was my first visit to the store, I was highly impressed by the knowledge of the assistant, the friendliness and the competent manner in which my order was dealt with. Very commendable.

On entering we were offered a cold water Roshan was really good played on the mattress which decided was a good bed for me he also gave me options he talked me through every question he helped me pick a wonderful pillow no more neck pain beautiful mattress very happy your college very helpful

I wasn't pounced upon but assistance was offered as soon as I indicated I was wanting it. The assistance given was appropriate and helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for and delivery time was much sooner than I anticipated.
