Store staff, Pamela, follows up our request and concern. She can definitely advise what we can choose to meet our expectation and help us to arrange delivery to ease our moving plan! She is a great staff to Dreams.

Amanda the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable she offered us a drink and made us feel welcome and valued. The sleep checking bed helped us get the right mattress for our needs.

The asstaint called Amanda was very help knowledgeable, gave more information on different mattterers, offered us a drink and free pillows too. We were very satisfied with price and delivery date too.

The Sales Manager took the time to listen to what I was wanting and gave me a number of options to choose from. There was no pressure to make a choice on the spot, I was given the time to look around. My final choice was made well within my budget and I’m pleased with what I’ve chosen.

High degree of knowledge evident from the sales assistant. We chose the bed straight away & most of the remaining time was spent on checking the right mattress and what other discounts that were available.
