The chap who dealt with us (his name was Denier I think) was superb throughout and was a great help.

No overly attentive sales persons so were allowed to browse uninterrupted. Used the Dreams mattress finder which helped us to choose the type of mattress. Salesperson (Denier) was informative and helpful. Range of products (that were available)suited our needs and once we had information we were able to make a choice. No pressure to make a purchase on the day so returned the next day where finance deals were discussed and was easily attained. Delivery date was as expected and a Saturday was a bonus. All our questions were answered

Polite friendly assistants, made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble, we were able to wander around at our leisure and did not feel rushed, after we placed our order we left knowing that we had made a good decision to purchase your product.

Store Salesman was very helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, excellent service. We're in the process of getting things sorted for a new build home so we need everything. The Salesman understood and got us as much a discount as he could, especially with us getting a bed frame, mattress, side tables and a storage box with Dreams. Couldn't recommend more, they have our thanks and loyalty!

Pam who looked after us was great she knew exactly what we wanted after we answered her questions. We purchased a new bed. The service was excellent.

I was shown to where the product was and left to try out after being given all the information, I did not feel under pressure at all, which sometimes happens, when I needed further help it was offered promptly.

The staff in the store were really helpful and knowledgeable. Really made us feel welcome and at ease.
