Denier was attentive and realised straight away our requirements, with the covid restrictions adhered to the explanation of the different mattresses was well explained, and on our decision completion was easy and straight forward, thank you

I was given a warm welcome upon entering the store, the staff member stayed at a safe distance while still making me feel welcome. I was asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. The staff member talked me through the best options for my needs and gave me plenty of time to sit and lay on the beds with different pillow options as well. I didn't feel pressured into a purchase but was assisted through the process when I wanted to proceed. All in all a very pleasant and professional retail experience.

Brilliant customer service. Pam took time to listen to what we wanted, used the bed match and then took time to show various different mattresses. Never rushing us when we were trying them out. Store was well stocked with products and other staff were also friendly.

The assistant, Roshan, was excellent. The main reason we bought at the time to be honest. He even entertained the kids while we were trying the mattress. He was very knowledgeable, offered us a drink and guided us through all of the process really well.

Excellent customer service

I was served by Roshan at the Nottingham store. I visited wanting to know more about mattress options. As I walked in the door, Roshan came up and greeted me and my 2 children wearing a face mask. I explained what I wanted, he showed me the different types of mattress and then introduced me to the Sleepmatch. I'll be honest, I was expecting the Sleepmatch to recommend the most expensive mattresses but I was wrong. Roshan showed me the results, gave me a pillow and asked me to try them. I had quite a few questions for him which he answered all professionally. Excellent. I think one of the best things he did was entertain my kids while I was trying the mattresses. At one point, the were both trying out one of the TV beds - we were there 2 hours so needed and really helpful of Roshan. I bought 3 mattresses and will be back for duvets and pillows. Thanks
