We are in the 60 years age range and been married for 42 years, so have been to many bed shops over the years. Denier provided provided the nicest buying experience we have ever received. Setting the machine for which Mattress suited our bodies and explaining our options in a quiet and very unpressurised manor throughout the purchase. He gave us time to go and look at each mattress he suggested and take your time and come back and see me . Because the way he treated myself and wife that day and the product we decided to purchase mattress from dreams , I cannot thank him to much for the no pressure and relaxed manor. Which is reflected in our scoring I am sure I must be among the many who congratulate you on your Nottingham store.

Highly satisfied with the service from Han despite the product price increasing and another store not making us aware the product was on offer when I first saw it.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products would like to thank Nigel the store manager who dealt with us. He was great and very friendly in assisting us in making the right choice.

All members of staff were extremely approachable and helpful, we were offered refreshments several times. Social distancing and covid safety measures were adhered to making our visit stress free. We had the sleep match scan and shown all products that we matched to and given time and space to make our decision. The pillows were amazing! So bought those too! We were served by Roshan who was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Thank you for giving us a great shopping experience, we will be taking delivery of our bed very soon and can’t wait!

Greeted at the door in a very pleasant manner. Shop well laid out. Product knowledge of the sales person very good. All staff appeared to be pleasant in their dealings with the customers all around the store.

My first time buying a mattress. Found out that mattresses are very expensive but I managed to find something within budget. I was helped by Roshan, who was very very friendly, knowledgable, and didn't make me feel pressured at all - I bought the mattress because I wanted to :)

With little knowledge of what was required about mattresses, the welcome we received was second to none. Even after coming back to the store after reading negative comments on-line reviews. We had a nice welcoming back so we could rule out any doubts we may have had from the reviews. True or untruth. Thanks “Dreams” Jenny & Neil.

Superb customer service. Roshan (sales executive) understood my needs first, explained what and how to choose the appropriate mattress and helped find a good one.

Good professional service

On entering the store with my wife and son we were warmly greeted one of the staff called Denier.He was very polite and and listened to our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the bed products and took a great deal of time to explain everything to us in complete detail. This set our minds at ease as we both have lower back issues. An absolutely fabulous salesman. This is our place to go from now on and hopefully he will be there AAAA++++
