It was a hot day so entering we was hot so the coolness of the shop was key on entering Nigel approached us was friendly with the information we needed without the pushy sales blah blah blah when we needed his help he was very efficient whilst placing our order was offered water an overall nice experience without the pushiness and the hovering around of sales people which to be fair I have in the past done a U turn it’s all about the balance and my visit from start to finish was just that ThankU

The customer colleague was very nice and very helpful He had great knowledge of the beds and pillows, and it was a pleasure being served by him ty

We were not rushed at all in making our selection and really appreciated the advice and help we were given,

Came in to store looking for a new mattress as having rheumatoid arthritis and my mattress is causing pain they acknowledged this and helped us find a perfect mattress I wish I came here earlier

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Roshan the member of staff who guided us through our purchase was great with our kids as well as us. Very knowledgeable about the products and seemed genuinely interested in what he was selling and our needs for the product. Overall fantastic customer service, clean well kept store and easy payment and delivery service.
