We were served by a very helpful, professional and pleasant advisor. He helped us find the ideal mattress.

It was just very professional, I wasn't pressured in any way and got to look at the beds I wanted and wasn't forced in any direction. All questions were answered by Amanda that I had and I got to try everything I wanted while I was there

We purchased a mattress and frame from the Nottingham castle boulevard store and were greatly helped by a lady called Pam there. She assisted us in every way possible and made us feel very welcome even offering us a drink of water which was very welcomed.

I was approached in a timely manner (but not pounced upon like in some stores) and the staff member was very friendly and welcoming. They offered for me to try the bed analysis which I’d never heard of so I did. They were very thorough but not boring. They offered me a bottle of water and showed me around 3 different mattress types which was really beneficial when eventually choosing a mattress to buy. Overall Denier was really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

The hole experience from the second we walked in we was greeted with your friendly assitant ( Rashan) who was able to answer all the questions with knowledge of all the different products your company offers .we will sertainly come back to this store in future. Gold star for Rashan.

The assistant who helped us (Denier) was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He offered us refreshments and made sure we chose a product that was right for us. The Dreams bed machine was fun too!
