Really nice staff. While having a toddler with you it's hard to work to shop, but the staff was lovely with him. Got him involved etc which makes the process even more better

We were greeted at the door by Roshan, a very lovely pleasant gentleman. We were offered drinks, a pillow and we used the sleep match. We are very happy with the customer service from Roshan.

Was offered assistance when we first arrived then given time to look around, sales assistant came back about 10/15 minutes later to check up on us, was very knowledgeable on the products and never felt like she was pushing a sale on us (which is very off putting) gave service with a smile the whole way through, I think her name was Phoebe and deserves to be praised for her service

Friendly helpful staff. Were offered the mattress suitability test which really helped in making the decision. 2 members of staff Amanda and Roshan were knowledgeable about the products and most attentive to our needs. Moving a mattress to another bed frame was no problem to them. Explained about the 40 day trial at home which was reassuring

Our sleep expert Roshan was amazing. Friendly, informative, not pushy or clingy. An absolute credit to your company.

I am disabled and the gentlemen took me under his wing ASAP and made me so comfortable with the assistance as I knew exactly what I wanted and he straight away showed me an example which was exactly what I wanted very speedy sales very happy

We were very pleased with the service,the assistant Denya(think that is how you spell his name)was very helpful and polite and new what we wanted after a brief chat.We have never been to Dreams before but we know where to go if we ever need another bed or mattress.

Me and my partner went in twice. Both times the staff were amazing and made the experience really good fun and enjoyable. Us both would ALWAYS recommend dreams Nottingham because out experience in there was amazing.

I needed to buy a bed for my mother who is returning from hospital . Your sakes assistant was welcoming and extremely competent helping me to make the correct choice for my mothers needs .

Customer service was excellent, I asked for personal opinions rather than sales opinion and was satisfied with the response which pushed me to add on protection guarantees on both my mattresses.
