Our assistant Deniar was extremely knowledgeable.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They remembered me from a short visit a few days earlier. They were able to answer questions and made the whole exercise easier by 'signposting' products we might like and they were very objective in their comments about different products/price.

The gentleman that helped us was fantastic. If it wasn’t for his friendly and helpful approach I would not have purchased from you. He is an asset to your company!

Visited Nottingham Castle Marine store and was dealt with by Denier who was very friendly, knowledgeable helpful and not pushy which is very important. We browsed, made our decision but Denier was busy and although the other staff seemed very friendly we decided to return later and deal with him which we did and were very happy.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Nigel during my visit to the Nottingham store. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store and then took a great amount of time to understand what I was looking for and talk me through all my options. He utilised the sleepmatch system which is incredible technology and the mattresses I then short listed were exactly what I was looking for and ultra comfortable. The whole experience was exceptional and high quality and I literally can't wait for my new bed to arrive! Thank you again for all your help Nigel.

Amanda was excellent and showed us lots of options within our budget. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel very at ease.

We wanted a new bed, mattress and headboard. Denier introduced himself and told me what options we had and then left us alone to make our choices. When we had decided he quickly processed the order.

Visited castle marina store Nottingham. I was greeted and served by Roshan who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. He wasn’t pushy and had plenty of time to deal with me and two other customers he was dealing with at the same time. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of bought a mattress from you as I wasn’t looking at spending anywhere near the amount I did spend.

Paula was very warm and friendly. She understood that I didn't really know where to start in looking for a mattress and helped me with the machine which told me which mattresses suited my needs. She was helpful in showing the options to me, but was very understanding and gave me space to think about my purchase which I think is very important to know you're making the right decision.
