The salesman Denia was very knowledgeable but didn't put us under any pressure to purchase a mattress. Nothing was too much trouble when we needed reassurance on particular products and he was most helpful throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family. That is why I scored "Highly Satisfied".

From the minute I walked in to the store to placing my order I felt welcomed and assistance was offered when I needed it. As soon as I had a question there was someone available to help
