Excellent service from start to finish

Before we went into Dreams at Castle Marina Nottinghams, we went into the Bensons for Beds store next door and then went into Dreams to compare prices, but were blown away by the customer service. We were served by Amanda who couldn't have been more attentive - she was a fantastic ambassador for the Nottingham store, and the service we had from her sealed the deal on buying a bed for my daughter, even though we had only gone in to have a look!

Pam, who welcomed us to the store and assisted helping make our choice super easy, she was super knowledgable and friendly. Absolute credit to the company!!! Well done Pam, great service makes the difference when spending large amounts of money and she certainly made our visit a fun experience.

Amanda was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and so lovely. Really wanted to help us and took her time and made sure everything was done correctly. It’s very rare to find service like this nowadays so Dreams should be very lucky to have her working for them!

Pamela at the Nottingham branch was knowledgeable and sympathetic

Roshan was very friendly and approachable and greeted us when we entered the store. He helped us to use the sleep match to find our ideal mattress and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. He helped us select a pillow based on our sleep position and took us around the store and let us try the mattresses identified on the sleep match and explained the features of each mattress in detail. After we selected a mattress he explained the base options and helped us find the colour and style we were looking for. He offered us a drink while we were browsing and while we sat with him going through our order and payment. Overall, the service was excellent, Roshan helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helped us compare our options as he was very knowledgeable about the products.
