After visiting Bensons for Beds and Furniture Village on the same Retail Park we visited Dreams to provide a comparison in terms of quality & price. Whilst, the other stores had larger showrooms and more options, we were impressed with the product we were shown at Dreams. Our salesman was Nigel and unlike the other stores, who were just after a sale, he was professional throughout and listened to our requirements and pointed us in the direction of the Flaxby range. He was knowledgeable about the product and the manufacturer. We liked specific features the bed offered, such as recessed castors and soft closing doors. The bed sold itself, and even though we didn’t purchase the bed that day, we returned a week later after reading online reviews to finalise the sale. To conclude I would say buying a bed at Dreams was a pleasant experience. The quality of the product is excellent and the price was competitive. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to our friends & family.

The assistance was spot on, didn’t feel pressured, very relaxed approach and atmosphere. Thought the mattress machine was very useful.

I was very satisfied with my visit yo dreams. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Pay was the person who dealt with me whilst I was there, and I can't say enough how friendly, patient, and very professional with care for my every query. She showed me around the store and really helped me plan my decisions based around what bed would be appropriate. Not for one minute did I feel pressured or pressed for a sale, instead she was more supportive in helping me find the right mattress I was looking for. Very happy with the overall service
