The assistant Nigel was able to advise us on all aspects of the beds and mattresses. They sanitised all products and offered drinks whilst we aces the order. He was very polite.

Overall a pleasant and quick trip to your Dreams store. The operative (Nigel) was informative but let us have time to look at the beds.

The staff were very informative and helpful explaining the different kind of mattresses that were on show and more so what bed suited us ...we felt no pressure to buy and we were advised /allowed to try out mattresses for size/ comfort

Very friendly and helpful staff (Amanda and Den) Ordered my bed frame for me easily and were just lovely to deal with.

The person who assisted me, Pam, was extremely helpful without being at all pushy. She took care to establish exactly what type of bed I was looking for, showed me the various options and spent a lot of time answering my questions and checking availability as I needed a bed within a short time frame.

Roshan greeted us the minute we walked through the door. He was so polite, kind and genuine. His knowledge was definitely brilliant and he communicated with us in such a positive, kind and understanding way. He brought us pillows to try along with a cup of tea and coffee. He also set up the sleepmatch for us to use. Overall we could not rate him highly enough and he made the whole experience professional and guided us with the answers that we required. He was just amazing. The down side was that the store overall seemed it could do with a decor pick me up and appeared a little drab but Roshan made up for that with his great attitude and knowledge.
