Staff were extremely helpful, we wanted a new mattress and the sleep analyser (can't remember what it was called) was novel and really seemed to help. We identified a few, tried them and selected a mattress. Roshan was very knowledgeable and helpful in this process.

Customer service was brilliant from the moment we walked in which is always a good sign.We we’re well looked after from then on but given the space we needed too

Initial assessment undertaken through the Dreams artificial intelligence bed to recommend a number of mattresses to try. Each one expertly shown and discussed by the sales rep (Pam) to help us make an informed choice.

Denier the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. From getting us set up on the machine to determine what mattress we needed. To offering us a drink and leaving us to browse on our own. Didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase, left to our own devices.

The assistant Nigel was able to advise us on all aspects of the beds and mattresses. They sanitised all products and offered drinks whilst we aces the order. He was very polite.

Denier was very helpful and friendly
