From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a lovely smile off your colleague Amanda. I’d forgotten my purse and it was no trouble for her to put things on hold until I returned 30 mins later. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Quick and had lots of knowledge of every item in store.

Staff that served us was friendly and professional and had the time to talk to us about product

We were helped by Nigel the store manger. Reasons for Positive grade: Welcomed on entering the store Offered the mattress 'machine' to help narrow down the choices Plenty of help offered but allowing us time on our own too Offers of a hot drink especially important as the store/ display beds were cold Questions were answered Delivery notes taken so the delivery people know to offer extra help to my elderly mum

Pam the sales assistant was very helpful & knowledgeable with the products. As i was returning a mattress with another company i wanted to make sure i wasn't going to end up with another incorrect purchase.

Pleasant experience we were the first in the store. Very good salesman (Denier) felt we had the right beds for our needs and not pushed to buy a certain bed.

Den was absolutely fantastic. The use of technology was brilliant to ensure we found the right mattress.

The lady had good knowledge of the products and took time to discuss our needs. We tried out the sleep fit facility. Amanda was very helpful and we were treated well. I was offered a cup of tea while we were placing our order.
