We were welcomed by Roshan who was very knowledgeable put us on a bed to find out what mattress we needed made us a cup of tea then showed us what were the best for us not really pushing us to the more expensive ones very nice and good mannered chap

We were met as soon as we entered the store by a very polite gentleman who asked if he could help and what we were looking for. We told him about the mattress that we were interested in and he took us to a bed that had the mattress on and explained the various textures that it came in. I then asked him if this was the best mattress in the shop, he replied no I asked what the best mattress in the shop was and he took us to another mattress, he then explained why it was a better buy, I had heard of this mattress before so took his advice and purchased one.

Pamela (Nottingham Castle Marina)was fantastic at helping me find the perfect mattress. Attentive, patient and very knowledgeable she was brilliant and a credit to the company.

Our sales rep was very accomateing and highly knowledgeable about all his products , let us make the decision on out mattress there was no problems with the purchase at all and the fact take if we were not completely satisfied we could change our mattress with little stress and a slight admin charge thanks to all the team

Immediate attention by staff Very friendly staff who were knowledgeable (though not difficult with me!) Enjoyed the cup of tea

I looked online then asked to see the items I wanted to see & was taken straight to them. I was given plenty of time to try the products and never felt pressured into buying or making my decision.

Went in and found what we was looking for straight away with the assistance of Pam

Pam, the girl who take care of us during our visit, was very friendly and she help us to choose the right mattress for our needs. She is very passionate about her work, she knew to answer at all our questions and queries. Now, we are waiting to receive the mattress( will come on 4th Feb) and I hope we will be happy with what we ve choose.

From the moment we entered the store the service we received was brilliant. We only intended to look at the beds but ended up buying bed, mattress and headboard.

Nigel, helpful accommodating and professional throughout the visit. We needed to see the sofa bed out as a bed to determine if it met our needs and the ease of the operation. He also handled our queries concerning delivery and assembly to our satisfaction. Good experience.
