Denier, the customer service assistant was very knowledgeable and keen to help me and my daughter get the right mattresses and pillows. We used the sleep match machine and Denise's recommendedations lead us to find the right fit for us both

Pamela was the perfect host. Explained the bed scanner and the store layout. Great knowledge of the beds. Left us when we wanted leaving but always available to help when needed. Hope she looks after us next time we visit

Roshan, was extremely attentive, he took time to find options and alternatives and nothing seemed too much trouble. Despite the amount of questions and things to work through he stayed extremely professional and it was enjoyable experience.

The assistant, Pam, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. This was our first time mattress shopping and only had an idea of what we were looking for based on internet research. Pam pointed us to the Sleep Match machine and explained how it worked. The 2nd mattress we tried from the suggested list was the one we picked. Pam was really friendly and showed great knowledge; she help to make our mattress buying experience easy and enjoyable.

Had a much better experience with Nigel at Nottinham than the two assistants at Dreams in Loughborough

Polite very knowledgeable friendly staff

Following a stroke my wife and I decided we needed a new mattress. I guess the old one was about twenty years old and had lost is support at the edges, especially on my side! In fact it was so soft that I could not stand up from a sitting position without an attached support rail. However the second bed we tried was exceptional. This one I could get up from unaided and repeated the feat at least a dozen times! This success was not chance but due to the amazing ROSHAN who greeted us when we arrived and guided us through a number of variations in a very kind and patient way. In fact his time and knowledge was the element that made out visit the pleasant and successful visit that it turned out to be.

Helpful staff explained the products clearly but no high pressure sales. Staff offered refreshments while we were browsing and were polite throughout.

Our sales assistant Pam was very kind and helpful. She made sure she understood what we were looking for and guided us throughout the whole experience. She also placed the order in-store for us quite quickly.

The level of knowledge the staff member had and they were very attentive.
