Denier was really helpful without being pushy. We felt at ease trying all of the different mattresses and found the mattress analyser to be really useful in guiding us to what was right for us

As soon as I entered the store I was greated very swiftly by the senior sales manager, he explained where everything was and that he was available if I had any questions. Although I did lnt use the machine he explained that I could spend three minutes to work out the best matress for me. When it came to the selection, he was able to process my order very quickly offering my extra warranty and for my matress to be taken away. Once processed he did also exolain that I could add any additional items to my order and gave the number for the store to contact him if I had any questions. Will definatly be back when I need a new matress. Thankyou

We needed to buy a sofa bed and found the ideal product at Dreams (sofa beds elsewhere would not have fitted our room as they were too large). The assistant who helped us was really good.

We were looked after, all questions were answered, we found what we needed, the whole process was managed really efficiently and quickly, staff were friendly ad we came away happy.

Store manager was very helpful and informative. He wasn’t pushy and offered help when we asked or needed it. I liked how pillows were supplied when asked for and not left out all the time. This way they were sanitized between customers.
