Highly satisfied because the staff serving me had extensive knowledge of bed and mattress, he was patience with me trying a whole lot of bed and mattress, he understood my needs and helped me choose the one I liked the most.

The sales assistant was excellent. He clearly knew all about the different products, knew where exactly in the shop certain things were and answered all our queries. He was available but not pushy and gave us time on our own to make our choices. I like the large range of items available to view in the shop.
