purchases made with both Alex and Nigel at the Nottingham branch. They were both so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, Nigel particularly, and there was no sense in pressure felt to make a purchase with made us feel very comfortable to take the time and make sure we made the right decision. Initially we were going to purchase a mattress over the internet but after visiting your store we would never go anywhere else.

The staff were fully available and very helpful, showed us different options, offered us a drink and gave us plenty of time to try the products and make our decision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There were very few people in the store, so that also probably helped providing a good service.
