Dreams - Nottingham

My first contact on this visit, was by phone in the morning, asking when I first purchased my bed, they retrieved the information quickly and advised me that I change my mattress as it was 10 years old. Together with my wife, I visited the shop in the afternoon, where we were welcomed by very polite staff, who I can only describe as first class and very professional. We were put at ease, no pressure selling and the whole experience was delightful.

All staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, we went into the store to have a look at what beds are available and found exactly what we were looking for. The experience was very relaxed but formal whilst keeping to current guidlines and we didn't feel rushed to make any decisions.
