We were greeted as we arrived through the door. The initial salesman we saw was very helpful. Nobody was pushy. Subsequent telephone call the following day with the manager, was dealt with equally as efficiently, he answered my questions and allowed me to place the order quickly over the phone , And work around the dates which I wanted to pay and receive delivery.

John who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable & didn't put any pressure on us at all. I went in thinking we'd get an idea on beds/ firmness then look online but walked out with one instead. John showed us a range, didn't make assumptions about budget, showing us cheaper to higher end. Was fab.

My first contact on this visit, was by phone in the morning, asking when I first purchased my bed, they retrieved the information quickly and advised me that I change my mattress as it was 10 years old. Together with my wife, I visited the shop in the afternoon, where we were welcomed by very polite staff, who I can only describe as first class and very professional. We were put at ease, no pressure selling and the whole experience was delightful.
