Staff were very approachable. We weren't pressurised and were left to make a decision in our own time. The sleep match machine is a brilliant invention and cut down on the amount of time needed to find a suitable mattress.

We were greeted as we arrived through the door. The initial salesman we saw was very helpful. Nobody was pushy. Subsequent telephone call the following day with the manager, was dealt with equally as efficiently, he answered my questions and allowed me to place the order quickly over the phone , And work around the dates which I wanted to pay and receive delivery.
