The young lady (Beth) greeted me was very polite helpful and friendly, she was a pleasure to to help me in finding the item I needed and the transaction was easy, excellent all round.

on entering the store i was greeted at once my needs were listened to i was offered a session on the 'magic bed' which gave me an initial choice of 3 mattresses of which i chose one,purchase and delivery straight forward,so all good

I was attended to immediately by a very polite and cheerful young lady called Beth. She answered all my queries to my satisfaction and showed me sample products of everything I wanted to see. What she didn't know she went and checked by asking a collegue and and came back with a clear and precise answer. Before entering the Dreams showroom I was thinking that I would see what Dreams had to offer then maybe go to Bensons where I am likely to purchase the bed I was after. But I ended up buying the bed from Dreams without hesitation.

Prompt and knowledgeable service. No pressure from sales staff and a bargain mattress. We have shopped at this Dreams store at least twice before and have had same level of high satisfaction. A good company to deal with.

I was worried to buy as I didn’t know what firmness of mattress I wanted and was worried about making the wrong division. I didn’t know you had a machine to test this and the advisor was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease about making the decision
