I firstly called the store Vivek was great on the phone and listened to our situation and offered solutions. so we decided to visit. Vivek was very knowledgeable, very caring and generous with his time . He took his time to listen and analyse our needs , we left very happy with our purchase and felt very well looked after . He offered us drinks and we never felt too much trouble he also carried it to the van for us . A credit to your company
