The young man who helped us was first class with a great knowledge of all the products.

I had Alex from the Nottingham branch helping me find a new bed. From the moment I walked in the door she asked if I needed help with anything and, after I explained what we were after, she showed me the new Dreams machine that tells you which bed is the best fit for your age etc. She gave me a range to choose from and listened to my feedback after I lay on each of the mattresses. Overall, she was very sweet, patient and took the time to answer all of my questions (I'm very indecisive). Cannot wait for my bed to arrive now! :)

Staff very helpful, knowledgable, didn't push us into buying but gave us the information we needed to make our minds up. Able to try mattresses before we purchased and the sleep aid to state what mattress is best for you was good. Excellent service

I felt the social distancing and overall hygiene guidelines in store was great. Each customer also had a sales person attending to them which is really important to me because I have had bad experience buying mattresses recently.
