We went to the specific store to view a specific bed. Placing the order was quick and easy

John at the Nottingham Store was great. He was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, helped me and talked me through the mattresses I was struggling to choose between. The shop was well layed out. Social distancing was maintained. Cleanliness was good and the staff were happy.

We got from Dreams what we wanted in a good price and this is the reason why we are highly satisfied ! And the staff was very helpful and very fast and helped us to choose the bed and mattress we needed very easily.

Had a very pleasant and helpful staff guide us through our needs, starting from the Dreams machine to check our mattress needs and going through each option while explaining differences. Store was clean and all guidelines maintained. Went only to browse items but ended up buying a bed and mattress.

I only intended to take a look at the products on sale out of interest but was so impressed by the quality of service and merchandise and price reductions I went ahead with a purchase. I spent twice what I had intended and bought the best mattress in the store. I felt the diagnostic equipment at the start of my visit helped me refine m choices of mattress. Excellent sales staff and very friendly and knowledgeable. Took up the interest free credit offer to facilitate my purchasewhich made it very affordable.

The member of staff that served us was very helpful explained how everything worked a choice of colours and asked how soon we would like it delivered very impressed

Friendly helpful staff,took the time to explain gongs tmy elderly father who was buying the mattress. The reason I didn’t put highly satisfied with the product is we haven’t received it yet as there is a wait of a few weeks. Everything else was good.

Alex at the Nottingham store at lady Bay retail park, was outstanding. She listened to what we were after and delivered in a very satisfying manner. She explained everything fully even gave us bottles of water. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional. We walked away with new mattress, pillows etc. So a big big thank you.
