This is now the 4th bed we have bought from the same member of staff. We have always had very professional and friendly advice from him. We now don’t look anywhere else for beds.

The moment we walked in we had a great customer service experience and was shown 2 different beds and experienced how each bed worked, I was really pleased with the outcome of both beds and finally picked one! I am happy with the choice I made and cannot wait until it arrives! Feel like a big kid again :D. I can't thank the staff enough for their kind and amazing help and would refer dreams to anyone I know!!

Our assistant 'Vitek' in the Nottingham Ladybay store was informed helpful and very personable. it was his personality that made us confident of good service.

The assistant, Alex, helped me to find exactly the right bed and mattress to suit my needs, found the right delivery slot for me and understood all my needs. Pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

Vivek served me and was more than helpful arranging a delivery time to suite me, showed and explained the various beds and mattresses. I will certainly be back to buy another
