John was helpful and attentive, but gave us space too to explore the options he suggested to us. We did not feel rushed to make a decision, but were given lots of information and options to choose from.

We were assisted by staff member Felix. He conducted the mattress test using the in store device which recommended the one suited to our sleeping position. His overall knowledge of the product was excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Staff member was not at all pushy, well informed us about the product, and seemed to genuinely interested about our needs.!!!

John at the Nottingham store was brilliant. Helped us find the perfect mattress for my son. Allowed him to lay on the beds, provided him with a pillow, offered us water and my sons favourite bit - gave him a chocolate bar when we had completed the purchase. Very helpful, not pushy, took his time to show us different mattresses within price range. Very happy with customer service
