I was greeted at the front desk by John, I said i had seen a bed online in navy and grey and would like to see if they had it in store. John took me to the exact bed frame and talked me through the current offers available on it, he also showed me a few others for comparison. John then got me to use the sleep match so we could find a suitable mattress. Which we found fairly quickly, he then left me to choose a bed frame. John was kind, sensitive and really made the whole experience fairly pleasant for me, this is my first time buying on my own and without anyone to help make decisions so this was really welcomed. John was an absolute star and handled the whole experience with professionalism and friendliness, he is an Asset to Dreams.

As soon as I walked into the store I felt a bit overwhelmed and didn't know where to start looking even though I had an idea of what I wanted. A lovely lady named Alex, came over to me and offered me, my partner & son her assistance. Alex had pointed me in the direction of Ottoman beds and helped me make a choice between 2 different types of beds and what would be more value for money. Alex was very thorough going through payment options, delivery and assembly.

Every question was answered clearly and I was able to choose products which suited my needs. The whole experience was pleasant and productive.

Alex was so considerate to my disability needs. She had two of the men move the mattress on to the bed frame that I wanted to buy so I could try it all together. She was excellent and I feel she need complementing on her outstanding service for understanding my needs of not being able to sleep in a bed for seven years. I am so excited and looking forward to my bed being delivered 😄

From walking in the door the staff where so help full but left you alone till you asked for help didn’t pressure you into buying which I likex

Our assistant made us feel very safe and secure observing COVID measures at all times. Everything was explained to us in great detail answering our questions and queries in simple terms.

Vivek who served us was very polite and understanding to what we were looking for, he explained everything we needed to know about the process of sleep match and finding a suitable mattress for us. He explained all the options recommended for us and let us try every mattress recommended by sleep match. Gave us a bottle of water and left us at my request to think about which mattress we found most comfortable. We were undecided about 2 mattresses, so he gave us some very good advice which we were very grateful for. He explained all the options of ordering and paying for our chosen mattress. We was impressedoing with Feliz the store manager, he was helpful as we are deaf. Made it easy to understand and was impressed with the store and the service.

Agent was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our eldest son has severe learning disabilities and he was so calm and composed through out - highly professional, a credit to your company.

Felix the manager who served me was really clued up and very helpful to me. You very rarely get efficient, friendly service like this nowadays. He stood out for sure
