I arrived very early at the store with not much time. Alex came to help me and I explained to her what I wanted and what my budget was and what flexibility I had regarding delivery and products. She took the time to listen and really grasped quickly what I was looking for. I have previously bought from this store and appreciate the understanding and efficiency of staff there. We were also offered drinks too!

The gentleman serving us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products He gave us plenty of time to make our decision, it was a pleasure to buy the bed

We had a good idea of what product we wanted, the salesperson understood this, so didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want or need. She very carefully advised us on the options available, and enabled us to make up our own minds without being pushy.
