Beth was very welcoming and answered all the questions we asked - nothing was too much trouble for her - she sought advice from colleagues when she wasn’t sure and was very pleasant and professional throughout - thank you Beth Felix was very knowledgeable and helpful- made the whole process very enjoyable- thank you Felix

The staff member “felix” was absolutely amazing with his customer service and making you feel at home. He went through everything throughly and I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me.

I was just looking for a single mattress, suitable for my granddaughter but also for an adult to use when we have visitors. There was a good choice, I was given good advice and left with a more expensive one than I had intended to buy but once I had tried it - no contest! Very helpful member of staff.

First time I purchased something from Dream, was highly recommended by my father who has praised the staff member named Felix so many times since he ordered beds from there. So upon the great customer service he recieved from Felix he then took me there to buy mattresses for myself. I must say my Father was not exaggerating, as Felix was really a genuine, down to earth staff member that the Company Dreams is very lucky to have at their Nottingham Branch. He listened to what I wanted, he was knowledgeable and gave good advice. He also had such great Banter which is always a pluss, he is such a brilliant professional and efficient member of staff. I will surely be going there everytime I need anything todo with Beds/mattresses/duvets and pillows. An absolute gentleman! Thank you Felix for the excellent customer service experience.

We were greeted promptly on arrival by Alex. She was very friendly and polite. She was efficient and soon had us taking the sleep test to assess our needs. Good product knowledge and general very helpful which made the whole process quick and simple. All this combined with great value for money meant our order was placed in minutes and no need to shop around.

The customer service was fantastic! Alex and John were fantastically helpful, even when I couldn't make my mind up between a few products, they were patient and always happy to answer my questions.

Both my mother and I were amazed when we revisited the store and that the assistant Flex remembered our names from the weekend before when we came into the Dreams Store. The Dreams sleep technology bed allowed us to assess the best type of mattress to add to our order. Ordering was very easy and the assistant made the vey simple. We look forward to the bed being delivered :-)
