On arrival we were met by your staff and from the off didnt feel like they were pushy sales people, we were offered a cup of tea and when we wanted assistances the sales staff came to us and explained all the different options etc. This made us feel like we wanted to purchase from Dreams as were not given the hard sell as we have experienced before in other outlets.

John was very friendly, knowledgeable and assisted me the whole time.

The colour code was explained clearly and was easy to follow in the store. We were then left to decide for ourselves which option to choose with no pressurized selling from the staff.

The whole experience was highly satisfying as our salesperson could tell us the best deals for our budget, he understood the product and our needs what we were looking for. He ensured we were offered a drink and had comfortable seats during our purchase. The speed of the process was excellant and everything was done in 30mins. Excellant

The bed is for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Therefore she could not go upstairs however the assistant used her interactive board to help instead. She was also treated as the customer not ignoring her.
