He helped us come to a decision in an unhurried and relaxed manner. If the service, when it comes to delivery, assembly and after sales support matches the service so far, we will be very satisfied customers.

Excellent customer service from Alex, we were recognised from the last time we bought a mattress and they pulled up our details on the computer and could tell us which mattress we had bought!

I explained my requirements to the sales person and he led me straight to the product I wanted. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. He conducted the transaction efficiently and quickly, and he explained the process clearly to me as he went along.

We arrived at the store at opening time, were greeted with a reassuring smile and assistance straightaway. Felix who helped us choose a mattress was helpful, polite, listened to what we had to say and gave us plenty of time to choose from the various mattresses in store.
