Dreams - Nottingham

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We spent nearly fours hours in the store and Alex even made hot drink for us. I would definitely come back to this store again.

John assisted throughout our visit to dreams, he was highly accommodating and had good knowledge of products. He was able to recommend various items to suit our needs.

John was very helpful and helped me try lots of mattresses and offered me a drink . Went in twice and remembered what I was interested in

It was the first time ever using this store and I found that the service was very well received, The staff were great and very helpful, answering all my questions and making it easy for me to chose the bed suitable for my needs and I was even were offered and cup of tea and biscuits. I would definitely buy from Dreams again. Thank you for making the my shopping experience an enjoyable one.

There are so beds many to choose from it's a mine field but the assistant John was very helpful and went through all the differences in each bed to enable us to make a choice.

The Gentleman that served us was fantastic, He took time to listen and offered us a perfect service. During the time of indecision on our part, he was very patient and offer us great alternatives that lead to our final choice of product. In addition to all that, he offered us drinks. We spent more than we budgeted for but felt under no pressure, as we got the right product at a worthy price. We felt completely at home.
