All our questions were answered promptly. There was sufficient stock to enable us to find what we wanted. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went into the store to look at Tempur products. I have been having a lot of back trouble and despite having purchased some expensive mattresses recently from other outlets I am having to look again at addressing my problem. The ladies in the store were more than helpful and I did purchase a Tempur pillow, very expensive mind you but there was quite a saving at the present time. I have not as yet commited to a Tempur mattress but am considering it and will probably be going back to the store to investigate further and try them out again. I am hoping that the same staff will be on duty to help me again. Many thanks to them.

3 members off staff on duty all acknowledged my wife and I on arrival with John asking us if we were looking for any item in particular. John showed us the selection of beds that fitted our criteria and gave us good technical information re each bed. He offered us tea or coffee whilst we were trying out each mattress. John advised us about the 40 nights comfort exchange guarantee which gave us the confidence to go ahead with an order. Very friendly staff and we did not feel pressured at anytime.
