From the friendly welcome I received when I arrived until I finalised the purchase, it was an enjoyable experience. I was encouraged to spend as much time as I wanted trying out mattresses. The person who served me was helpful and knowledgeable. It felt a very peaceful shop.

Our visit to the store was a highly pleasant experience. The gentleman who served us was extremely friendly and patient, we had our 2 young children with us and the gentleman who served us went out of his way to ensure our shopping experience was as stress free and relaxed as possible. He talked us through our options (regarding mattresses) and clearly has immense product knowledge which he shared with us to help us decide on the correct one for us. I cannot emphasise how happy we are with the customer service we recieved in the store particularly from this gentleman and will highly recommend him and the store to friends and family wanting to purchase a new bed. Nothing was to much trouble and he went above and beyond our expectations of customer service.

Clear advise of types of mattresses and clear explanation of different types of beds

From the moment we entered the store the staff were absolutely amazing! Very tentative and took their time answering all the questions we had. We'd been in several shops that day and I really don't like the hard selling techniques that some stores adopt but these members of staff were great, very human, we had a giggle with them and they made us feel really at home. One member of staff in particular - John - was fantastic. If I owned a shop I would so want him to work for me. The products were really lovely too - a great range so we felt we saw enough to make a solid choice.

The sales assistant, Alex, was professional, helpful, informative, but at no point was she pushy.

Nichola She helped me with the decision making and nothing was to much trouble for her. Even going up and down the stairs a few times. And the coffee was lovely

Fantastic service,was made to feel special from first walking in the store given a coffee and all the help I required to decide which bed would be the right choice for me. This was a dream from start to finish.
