Great service with being offered drinks and chocolate, very easy to find what we were looking for especially after using the machine. Staff were cleaning all beds properly which was very good.

The staff were friendly, attentive and listened to me so could match me with the correct bed. I never felt pressured to make a snap decision in store.

We purchased a mattress 2 years ago and was upgrading to the bigger size and also found a new range of our current mattress. Very helpful staff. Provided water and also a pack of Rolos

Performed the sleep analysis and discovered which mattress would be right for me, which is what I wanted and the member of staff was lovely and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted at a price that was right for me

The customer service was exceptional right from entering the store to leaving. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable. There was nothing I could say was negative.
