Dreams - Nottingham

This is not the first time we have purchased from Dreams. We returned because we found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgable, patient and understanding of our needs. John listened to what we wanted, suggested alternatives for us to consider and then helped us collate all the items we wanted. We were served a coffee whilst we browsed, considered our options and John worked out the costing for us based on the offers the store had at the time. Nothing was too much trouble which helped to make it an enjoyable experience. We would recommend Dreams to our friends.

The assistance Alex gave us was second to none. She spent a lot of time with us assessing our needs and then pointing us in the right direction.

We were given clear information by an attentive but not intrusive assistant who went out of his way to ensure that we could decide on products that met our needs. Everything about the mattresses that we were evaluating was explained to us and we were able to buy with confidence that we had made the correct choice.

Whatever question we asked of the salesman David he was able to answer fully We spent approx 45 minutes in the store testing a number of mattresses My wife and son received cups of tea on our visit It was a very enjoyable experience

Went I entered the store the staff were waiting to help. I explained what I was looking for and felt the person who served me knew what I wanted and was therefore able to show me what I wanted to look at

The young female assistant was very helpful. We were directed to three mattresses which met our criteria and saved us lots of time

Was offered assistance straight away. Offer tea, biscuit and chocolate. Felt relaxed and purchased exactly what I wanted.

The salesman John, was most knowledgeable about the products and fully explained the meanings behind the colour coding of the beds. The cup of coffee provided was most welcome and allowed me to try out various beds to ascertain which would be best for my own needs. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and was left to make my choice in my own time. Very pleased with the assistance and care I received.
