Friendly helpful assistance without being pushy

The colleague was polite but not over bearing,we explained our requirements, was given helpful advise, given individual pillows and invited to try certain beds. Advise was forthcoming and then left to try different products. All in all a very pleasing shopping experience.

Felix our salesman knew every product on sale in your store and nothing was to much for him. He certainly knew his stuff and was a very happy chap. He also makes a good cup of coffee

Very polite helpful staff. We were offered a lovely cup of tea and then left to browse. It was easy to find the type of bed we wanted thanks to your colour coding system and it was useful these were all grouped together in the shop. Dreams was the first of 3 planned shops to look at for beds, however, we didn't bother going anywhere else in the end. There was no hard sell, no hovering sales assistant, yet staff were soon on hand when we wanted to ask questions.

The salesperson was incredibly helpful, understood our needs and it meant we got the mattress we wanted at the right price. Great customer service!

Good service, although had to wait a while for assistance as they were already serving. Prices higher than John Lewis and no discounts or negotiating possible which meant we bought our mattress elsewhere.

Everybody in the store was very friendly towards us and Raj was very helpful without being pushy The staff were also very good at entertaining our 3 year old daughter for us

The Dreams employee was David a very helpful person, not at all 'Pushy' answered any questions we put to him, gave us tea/coffee biscuits while we made our choice. A better person we could wish for to help us decide. Thank-you Barry.
