The sales assistant gave us time to browse before coming over to offer help, he then had a talk with us and explained about the range of beds we were looking at. He then made us a coffee and let us have as much time as we needed without hovering. When we were ready he came back over and explained about customer service etc and we were really happy with our choice and happy to order with him.

The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome upon entering the store. I was offered a drink even though I was only browsing. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase, and I was given space to explore different beds in my own time. Once I had found the bed of my choice, Alex gave me all of the information I needed. I had the majority of my questions answered and if Alex was unsure of the answer she fetched Felix who was a technical expert and could help me further. Even when finalising the paperwork, John came over to offer chocolate, sweets and a cold can of coke served with a side plate of humor. I have received an A star service today.

The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently.

We arrived with our 4 year old and the staff were very welcoming and, after taking off his shoes, they were happy to see him jumping up and down on your products, whilst we shopped. This is possibly one of the most family friendly shops I've been in for a long, long time. Well done.

I bought my last orthopedic mattress from Dreams, and the product delivered more than 14yrs of quality. I feel the new mattress I've purchased, will perform just as good, and happy that there was a sale on too, regards my product. Much obliged to the staff for the coffee, biscuits and quality street chocolate! One of the staff was at the store I bought my previous mattress from, all those years ago, and he remembered the product I bought back then. Probably sold it to me then too no doubt.

Alex, the assistant, spent a lot of time with us, did not try to upsell although we spent considerably more in the end and understood our needs.

Rean Felix was really helpful from the minute we entered the shop. He had a really good knowledge and guided us without being pushy.
