Dreams - Nottingham

From the moment we entered the store we were approached by Aimee offering her assistance, she was extremely helpful in a non intrusive manner and very knowledgable. Her customer service was outstanding not only to us as potential buyers but to our two year old son, as were all the store assistants. We were offered tea/coffee and our son was given a balloon and some chocolate! :) We were made to feel valued throughout and at no point made to feel it was about the hard sell.

The reason is the people were very polite and were able to understand my needs and supportive John was able to introduce me to the verities and guide me according to my budget and my need. Secondly though our budget was below what i was expecting but at the same time I was able to get what I needed and am very happy to my needs. Thirdly the date to be deviled did not missed out it came as promised and it was the chose not different so in all i can say that am satisfied with what I bought and will come there next time.

We took our 89 year old mother to get a new bed. She moves slowly and it takes time to look at things. We were greeted nicely when we were in the store, observed as we moved around( we could see that) but approached at exactly the right time when we needed assistance by John.He was the one who'd previously greeted us and watched us with gestures of assistance but kept away when not wanted. He listened patiently, gave explanation and assistance, gave us written details, told us what to check at home, and a few suggestions and off home we went. Sorted things as John suggested, rang up and fortunately got John again. He remembered everything and we ordered and paid for a bed and mattress not just the mattress as we had originally intended. John was the deciding factor on everything, especially if we purchased from Dreams. The perfect sales advisor.

A very well laid out store.easy to brows and compare items. Excellent service and looked after as soon as visiting the store.also easy parking. No pressure from a very knowledgeable member of staff. ( Raj ) Had no need to visit other bed outlets. Can't wait for the delivery.

The visit to the store was a pleasant experience....especially as I hate shopping. The member of staff ,Rean Felix, is exceptionally charming and helpful...not pushy in any way...and helped us choose the right mattress. All members if staff were well informed about the beds and accessories. A nice touch ..we were offered a drink whilst we were completing our purchase. I will certainly recommend this store in Nottingham.

Very welcoming assistant who's a credit to your company. Slight IT hitch with the order but David went out of his way to help. Also very happy with the discounted price of my new mattress which compared very favourably with your competitors

I was highly satisfied with my experience due to the efficiency of the staff and how quick they were giving information on my specific item. They were all very friendly with my grandson encouraging him to test the beds (I think he had more fun than me) I would certainly recommend them.
