Very helpful staff offered us a drink as soon as we walked and left us to look around until we had question no pushy salesman approach which is appreciated. As soon as our questions were answered they left us to it which gave us time to think it over. Very happy with our purchase and communication so far.

I placed a rather unusual order add I want sure if I should buy the king or double bed and the staff were extremely helpful and flexible

We had the same assistant as we had one year ago and we're sorry to learn of his imminent retirement. The staff were extremely helpful and we look forward to receiving our new bed next month. This is our third bed from Dreams and will continue to use your company in the future.

We knew from the moment we walked into Dreams store to the moment we left the store it was one of our best experiences shopping we felt every thing was right. we would highly recommend.

John was very attentive, answered all our questions then left us alone to discuss. Gave us a coffee so that we had more time to try other beds and then after a reasonable length of time came back to see if we had any further questions. We had bought a bed in this store previously so were happy to buy from this store again. The payment and delivery dates were clearly explained and a delivery date was put in the diary. I have just had to ring to change that date as there has been a delay in the delivery of our bedroom furniture. The lady on the phone was very helpful and there was no problem in changing the date. Overall a very positive experience with a wide selection of beds and experienced and friendly staff. Well dine to John and all the team - thank you.

The reason for me visiting dreams was because I had seen them advertised on television and there was a sale on which encouraged me to go to the store.i also have a cousin who had bought a bed from a dream store. She did not tell me that she was not satisfied with it so I presumed everything was alright. I was happy with the quality and the amount of money the bed was costing.
