We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Had a conversation with John, explaining to him what we were looking for. John gave us very good product knowledge as he showed us products in the store. We were also offered and given drinks whilst we were looking at items. John was very pleasant and not at all " pushy". ( We hate "pushy" sales people ). We were not rushed at all and were able to review items in our own time. Excellent Service received, which resulted in our purchase.

Sales assistant Pheolix's knowledge of products and customer service was exceptional

All the staff we had contact with displayed a professional approach, were very understanding of our needs and did everything possible to make our visit successful. We were highly delighted that we were able to purchase the matresses we were looking for. Aimee was very thorough and vey polite in dealing with our request, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect result.

Felix was very helpful and friendly

Dave has a wealth of knowledge and was keen to advise. Aimee was prompt and courteous throughout.

Aimee the assistant who helped us was really helpful and showed us straight away what we were looking for. Provided great advice on headboards and even brought us some coffee. Made such a shopping trip relaxing
