The assistant Felix was very polite, helpful, answered any queries looked extremely smart went out of his wAy to help. Got us chairs to sit down as my husband and I are senior citizens. The store was clean the beds all available to try. I would thoroughly recommend this store and its staff to anyone looking to purchase a bed.

Raj was helpful and knowledgeable

I dealt with Felix who was extremely helpful in terms of knowledge of the products that I required and managing the order and delivery process. He went out of his way to ensure that our needs were met.

The assistant whose name was Raj was very helpful .

Staff were very friendly and offered good advice without being pushy. They gave my young children some colouring to do which kept them entertained whilst my wife and I looked at the beds. We went back to the store a few times as we wanted to make sure we were choosing the right mattress and the staff were excellent at all times. I couldn't of asked for it to be better.

The sales assistant raj was very helpful .listened to what we needed and then assisted us in choosing a rolled up mattress that i never new you could buy which meant we were able to purchase two mattresses for our children and take them the same day. Fantastic as girls could sleep on them the same day.

Felix was very helpful, we didn't feel at all pressured and he did everything possible to assist us and gave us some really good advise. Both him and his collegue were really nice and easy to talk to as well! We cannot wait to receive our new bed!
