Dreams - Nottingham

Prior to store visit, we had done our own research - and elected to visit Dreams as a consequence. On arrival, we were greeted by a male assistant and then joined by another assistant, Jodie. We knew we wanted a Hypnos product of which there were 3 items in store (mattresses). We requested information about each product, 'sampled' each, and made our decision. A cup of coffee helped too! Thereafter, we completed the order process, bade farewell and left the store. Then, on opening my mail at home, details about the order were available - as promised. A delivery period of 11 days from order placing was most satisfactory to us.

John at the Nottingham Store made us feel very welcome and assisted us with our purchase offering great customer service!

Fabulous service...Time was taken to understand what we were looking for within our budget. We were shown various mattresses and given the time to decide on what was right for us - no pressure whatsoever! They were also very understanding about our three-year-old daughter running around!!

John and Felix were both fabulous. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and helped us decide on the beds and mattress.

The assistance was excellent. Whilst Alex took our order we were offered coffee's and another assistant even took the time to entertain our 9 and 6 year old children allowing us to complete the paperwork in peace! Product knowledge was very good and encouraged us to think of all options available to us. 5 star customer satisfaction.

Sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and honest. We got what we wanted very quickly and we were very happy with our purchase. The only thing that would have been more satisfactory would have been more choice in our price bracket in store rather than just online.

Myself and my husband came to visit on Wednesday 27/04/16. We were greeted by John, he was an amazing staff member we were really pleased with his help and customer service. He helped and answered questions promptly when we needed, with great advice specific to our needs, but most importantly he did not pressure us into making a choice or a sale. As soon as myself and my husband began talking amongst ourselves he walked away and gave us our time to decide and discuss, but quickly came back when and if we had any more questions. he was an exceptional member of the team and staff at dreams. I hope he knows how much we appreciate his time and effort he puts in his job. Wonderful
