staff friendly and helpful but not overbearing

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful however careful not to be overly intrusive and left me to browse at my leisure. Also the option of a hot drink whilst browsing was a nice touch.

I was greeted by a staff member as soon as I entered the shop. I was asked what I was looking for & shown the various options, & I was told the differences between the options. I was then left to try the various beds at my leisure & didn't feel any pressure to make a choice. The store was well laid out & the whole experience was pleasurable. John the staff member quickly sorted out my purchase, he was very friendly & chatty. Thank you

This was the second visit to your Nottingham store. The first was three weeks ago when we were first getting information about the mattresses we were looking for, the second was to buy the chosen items. Both the assistant (Aimee ) and the store manager (Felix) were very helpful. They listened to what we wanted then pointed out the best value for money for our purchases. Very friendly and hospitable.

Very pleased with my experience shopping at my local Dreams store, Amee & Felix were very helpful in my choosing my new mattress from start to finish I would highly recommend Dreams for the wonderful choice of products and prices plus a great delivery service.
