The staff were very knowledgable and helpful, allowing us time to make an informed decision on which matress would be most suitable to our needs. The different types of matress were explained fully to us and in a way that we could understand. We would have no problems recommending the store to our freinds and family.

The salesman John at the Nottingham unit near Ladybay bridge was most helpful , as i was trying to buy three beds 1 double and 2 singles which i did. I was stressing the urgency as i was about to go into hospital for spinal surgery and needed a bed for down stairs which could be delivered on 11th june only , also the three beds are to replace others as i decided to take benefit of the price deal . John and his colleague were very helpful in helping me choose the right beds that could all be delivered on the 11th june. i am now back home following the sugery in the very comfortable bed -Thank you !

Assistance was given from the go by a lady called Alex. She had all relevant product knowledge etc and explained everything to us that we didnt understand etc.
