The salesperson (John) was very attentive, he even got a new mattress out and unboxed so we could make our decision to buy. I wasn't intending to purchase on Saturday but he made it very simple so we decided to get it early.

The customer service representative, John, was very knowledgeable about the beds in store and was clear patient when advising me on my purchase. He also did a good job in taking the time to understand my needs, and was good at introducing new products to me without being invasive.

Aimée was fantastic, she talked me through the various matresses i could have with my frames and the differences between each one. She showed greatn customer service and went through all details of the processs to ensure i was full aware of what was being done and how it would effect me. She is a real asseet to not just the store but the dreams brand as a whole :) I hope dreams recognise Aimée for her hard work and dedication, Dreams have a real gem of an employee and person in their workforce.

John, Jodie and Felix were very friendly in the store and appeared knowledgeable about the products. They made us a coffee, and talked us through the paperwork. One item was slightly incorrectly ordered, but a phonecall to the store later seemed to resolve this.
